Emma is passionate about moving well, getting stronger, and living with intention. As an athlete, coach, and educator, she has spent years exploring how we can train smarter—not just for performance, but for a life that feels good. For Emma, it’s not just about lifting heavier or running faster (though She loves both!). It’s about building a body that’s resilient, powerful, and ready for anything—whether that’s crushing a workout, playing with your kids, or just feeling strong in your day-to-day life. Emma believes movement is medicine, and training is a lifelong journey. She works with ladies to approach to strength, speed, mobility, and embracing an active, intentional life.

COACH
Carley is an online health & fitness coach who is passionate about empowering and helping others to achieve their goals. With a background as a mechanical fitter, gives her practical knowledge & hands on approach for training! She is a lover of running, and has a keen interest in running programs. When carley isn’t at the gym or running, you will find her either at the beach for an ocean swim, on a hot girl walk drinking coffee, outside for a hike or hanging with her dog. She is bright, approachable and dedicated, and she is committed to helping others and making fitness & nutrition enjoyable and sustainable for everyone
